Gavin D Smith is one of Scotland’s leading drinks writers and Contributing Editor Scotland for Whisky Magazine. He regularly undertakes writing commissions for leading spirits companies and produces articles for a wide range of international publications and a number of websites.
He is the author and co-author of some 30 books, and recent publications include Ardbeg: Heavenly Peated, The Micro-distillers’ Handbook and Goodness Nose, the memoirs of Richard Paterson.
Gavin lives in the Scottish Borders and is a Keeper of the Quaich.
